POSITION OVERVIEW


The Design & Brand Coordinator supports the studio’s design vision through the creation of compelling marketing materials and thoughtful color and material design selections. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, branding, and visualization contributing to how our projects are presented, perceived, and brought to market. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, color, and materials, along with the ability to translate architectural concepts into polished, client-ready visuals.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Design Visualization & Graphics

  • Prepare colored architectural elevations for marketing and presentation use
  • Assist in creating site plans, diagrams, and visual overlays
  • Support rendering teams with material direction and visual consistency.
  • Maintain graphic standards across all project deliverables


Branding & Marketing Materials

  • Develop and update marketing packages, brochures, and presentation decks
  • Collaborate on branding for new communities and residential products
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall visual identity
  • Assist in assembling client-facing proposals and presentation boards


Exterior Color & Material Selection

  • Support the selection of exterior materials, color palettes, and finishes
  • Create and present material boards for internal and client review
  • Research and source materials aligned with project style and market positioning
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive architectural expression


Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
  • Support proposal submissions and marketing outreach efforts
  • Contribute to visual storytelling that helps win new projects


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural, design, or marketing environment
  • Strong sense of color, materials, and composition
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
