Summary:
The Design and Content Coordinator plays a key role in bringing the Greenacres story to life through thoughtful, visually compelling content. From designing print materials to capturing moments in the field, this role creates and manages content across social media, newsletters, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work that reflects a strong and consistent brand.
Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials and have them produced (flyers, signage, event collateral, digital graphics) using established brand templates

Maintain consistency with Greenacres’ visual identity and storytelling style

Capture and edit photography and video for programs, events, and on-site activities
-
Create social media graphics and photo-based posts following established guidelines
-
Organize and prepare visual assets for use across social media, newsletters, and websites
-
Collaborate with colleagues to identify upcoming content and design needs
-
Assist with marketing inventory, tabling kits, and printed materials as needed
-
Provide occasional support at public-facing events as needed
-
Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Design or equivalent Interest in agriculture, education, or mission-driven work preferred

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
-
Demonstrated proficiency in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
-
Ability to design and adapt marketing materials using established templates to maintain brand consistency
-
Experience preparing files for both digital and print use
- Experience capturing photography in indoor and outdoor environments

Comfortable performing photo editing (cropping, color correction, exposure adjustments)

Familiarity with or interest in learning video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) preferred

Comfortable creating social media graphics and photo-based posts using provided direction

Ability to write clear, concise captions and short-form content aligned with brand voice
-
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content best practice

Strong written and visual communication skills aligned with Greenacres’ tone and Mission

Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments, with or without reasonable accommodation

Willingness and ability to travel to multiple Greenacres sites and campuses, which currently include Indian Hill, OH, Oldenburg, IN, Miami Township Clermont Co., and Felicity, OH. Commitment to working within a functional team and collaborative cultureAbility to assure QQQ and our values of Grace, Good Neighbor Policy and Green.Ability to successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test and fingerprint FBI background screen.
