Key Job Responsibilities

Design Development: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models (using Revit/AutoCAD) for engineering or architectural projects.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare, analyze, and verify cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracts.

Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed material take-offs from blueprints using software like Auto CADD etc…

Compliance & Technical Review: Ensure designs meet industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Tendering & Bidding: Collaborate with sales and project teams to prepare, submit, and review tenders and bid proposals.

Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize design for cost-efficiency without compromising quality. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in engineering, construction, or technical design, with experience in both design and estimation roles preferred. (UAE Experience is not a mandatory)

Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel, Word etc…. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and understand construction methods.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Computer skills

Project management software: Proficiency with tools for planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects.

Design and visualization software: Expertise in programs such as AutoCAD, especially for roles involving design or visualization.

Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential for reporting and documentation.

Technical software: Depending on the field, proficiency with other engineering-specific software for analysis,

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
