Design and Estimation Manager – Saudi national

The Design and Estimation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design and estimation team to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of quotations, presentations, and mock-ups that meet client requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing product sourcing, and maintaining all related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Senior Designers, Designers, CAD Operators, and Sourcing staff.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations and customer presentations.
• Ensure all sourced products meet RFQ requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain and organize all quotation and contract documents on the company server.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during quotation and presentation reviews.
• Ensure all mock-ups are properly prepared and aligned with client expectations.
• Prepare monthly or bi-monthly reports of active quotations for review by Sales Managers and the General Manager.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience leading design and estimation teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
