Design and Sales Associate - Newport Beach

Between The Sheets is looking for a self-motivated and strong salesperson, with an eye for home interiors and store displays to join our high end, exclusive bedding and home accessories store. Successful candidates must work well as part of a team, be willing to work both in-store and at our customer's homes and possess interior design and retail sales experience. Luxury sales experience and a design degree are preferred.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, a generous bonus structure based on your sales, along with healthcare and vacation benefits. The salary range posted above reflects that of an average salesperson, but there is no limit to the high end of your compensation as Between The Sheets pays a bonus on every dollar that you sell.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: in-person, virtual, phone, and email sales. Curating design options for clients in all areas of the home. Proper record keeping of client orders. Cleaning, stocking and merchandise maintenance as needed.

Physical requirements - standing for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds; bending, climbing ladders.

Hours include some nights and weekends.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
