Design Architect 10+ experience

• Hiring: Design Architect – Consultant Role (Dubai) Experience
• Required: 10+ years (minimum 2 years in Dubai)

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Design Architect with over 10 years of consultancy experience, including at least 2 years in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in both conceptual design and detailed drawings, with strong technical and coordination skills. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design packages
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience, with at least 2 years in Dubai
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept and detailed design work
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and standards
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
• BIM knowledge is an advantage
