POSITION – Design Architect

Qualification – M Arch Preferred / B. Arch

Job description & expectations –

• The candidate must have 4–7 years’ experience of Architectural Design of Residential, Commercial & Hospital Buildings.
• He / She should have knowledge of latest NBC, Statutory regulations and design Codes related to Architectural design & space planning.
• Preparation of Concept design options & Finalization of the same with client.
• Will be responsible for preparation of detailed / GFC architectural drawings.
• Preparation of Architectural BOQs, Area calculations and specifications.
• Good knowledge of BIM & AutoCAD
• Conversant with interdisciplinary & site coordination
• Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity especially Finishes.
• The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills.
• The candidate should have innovative & positive mindset.
