Design Architect

We are seeking a Design Architect who combines strong design ability with solid technical coordination skills.

This role requires a professional capable of developing creative concepts and translating them into technically feasible solutions across all phases — from Concept to IFC.

The candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, Fire, Landscape, Interior) and take ownership of the design process, ensuring quality, buildability, and coherence throughout the project.

• Lead and actively contribute to the architectural design process from Concept to Construction Documentation (IFC) .
• Develop original design ideas , spatial concepts, and façade compositions aligned with project goals.
• Translate design intent into detailed, coordinated documentation ready for construction.
• Manage and coordinate inputs from all design disciplines under LANE’s Lead Design framework.
• Ensure all design outputs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination workshops.
• Oversee design progress, QA/QC, document control, and revision management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 5–8 years of experience with proven involvement in design development and concept creation for large-scale or mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrated design talent — ability to ideate, sketch, visualize, and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong technical and detailing skills; advanced proficiency in CAD and design coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting design teams across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• High sense of design ownership, creative initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with international standards (BS, EN, IBC, NFPA).

• Proven record of concept design or competition-level architectural work .
• Exposure to Design & Build projects and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and material selection.
• Experience with interior or façade design is an asset.

• Contract Type: Full-time or Project-Based (depending on candidate’s availability).
• Work Model: Hybrid / Remote
• Start Date: Immediate / As per project schedule.
