Design Architect

Location: ECR, Chennai
Experience: 1- 2 Year

Key Responsibilities:

· 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

· 3D Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renders to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

· 2D Drawings: Develop precise 2D drawings and technical illustrations to support project documentation and implementation.

· Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling 3D and 2D presentations to clients, showcasing design ideas and concepts.

· Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to discuss design ideas, gather feedback, and refine project direction based on their needs.

· Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials that align with the project vision and budget.

· Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure that execution aligns with design specifications and address any issues that arise during implementation.

· Design Explanation: Clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to clients, team members, and site engineers, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.

· Design Ideas: Generate innovative design ideas and solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of each project.

· Final Submissions: Prepare and submit final 3D and 2D designs to site engineers, providing thorough explanations to facilitate seamless execution.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design.

· Proficiency in design software (e.g., Vray , Enscape , sketch up, lumion , Autocad )

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
