JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Design Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6-8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

General:

 Adopt proactive approach in learning the design standards of Arena as a whole and

implement them on regular basis

 Adopt proactive approach in learning the concepts of laboratory interior designing

 Ensure seamless and smooth work pattern in office & projects

 Work in cohesion with other team members and report to them or me as per requirement

 Maintaining requisite records- Minutes of meetings, logs etc. as applicable

 Follow discipline in all respects

Design stage:

 Site visit to the proposed premises, understanding the scope of work & client requirements,

collection of required data related to project

 Preparation of presentation or working drawings, PPT’s, views using Google sketch up,

Lumion, Revit software etc.

 Preparation of working drawings for civil interiors

 Preparation of Bill of quantity

Qualification Requirement

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Registered Universities

 6+ years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction

company

 Should have work experience on commercial architecture and interior projects

(mandatory). Industrial work experience would be good but not mandatory

 Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry

 Should be hands-on on design softwares like ACAD, Revit, 3D, Sketchup, Lumion, Vire,

etc.

 Highly creative and detail-oriented individual

 Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
