Design Architectural - Manager

Job Summary:

We are a real estate development company seeking an experienced Design Architectural Manager with a strong architectural consultancy background. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural design for commercial and residential projects, and ensuring design quality, compliance, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for commercial and residential real estate projects
• Review, comment on, and approve design submissions, drawings, and reports
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and standards
• Oversee concept design, schematic design, design development, and IFC stages
• Support value engineering without compromising design intent
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and project managers
• Monitor design timelines and ensure timely deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and design direction as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy firm as Lead or Manager
• Strong experience handling commercial and residential real estate projects
• Good knowledge of authority approvals and design coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• GCC, Oman, International project experience
• Experience on mixed-use developments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
