We're Hiring: Design Assistant (Women's Apparel Manufacturing) — Los Angeles, CA

ICN Group/ICN Career is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Fashion/Graphic Design Assistant role in Los Angeles, California. This position supports designers with new styles/materials, colorways, and sample coordination in a women's clothing manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

• Support designers with new materials, styles, colorways, and pattern ideas
• Assist with sample selection, ordering, tracking, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams (including graphic design) as needed
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers to keep timelines and deliverables on track
• Maintain organized updates and documentation (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Korean/English (Required)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fashion/apparel-related major or relevant experience preferred
• Basic understanding of garment construction & fabrics is a plus

Work Authorization

• J-1, OPT, and other work authorization options may be considered (case-by-case)
