Design Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well-organized Interior Design Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will work with our Interior Design Team.

The individual we want to meet must be:

• Detail oriented
• Able to multitask
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to assist with design installations
• Knowledgeable in excel and PowerPoint

The individual we want on our Team is expected to perform the following Duties:

• Maintain inventory/budget spreadsheets
• Prepare presentations & project books
• Contact clients to obtain necessary information
• Master our computer system
• Write sales orders and check stock
• Move furniture
• Take photographs of spaces
• Manage/Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, without incident
• Working with vendors and the design library to maintain the division workflow
• Other duties as assigned/needed

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Myers, FL 33912: Relocate before starting work (Required)
