Opportunity for Growth

Prestige Remodeling Solutions is looking for an organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Design Assistant to support our Design Coordinator and Junior Designer.

This is a hands-on assistant role for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, stays organized, and wants to grow with Prestige Remodeling Solutions long-term.

Please note: We are relocating to Murfreesboro, TN in November. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes, job sites, showrooms, vendors, and appointments are required.

What You'll Do

• - Update and maintain client and project folders
• - Assemble client packets, samples, and appointment materials
• - Attend client meetings, showroom appointments, and job-site visits- Take detailed and accurate notes during appointments
• - Organize selections, measurements, photos, specifications, and project information
• - Take basic measurements and accurately read a measuring tape
• - Assist with scheduling and project coordination
• - Help keep the Design Coordinator and Junior Designer organized and prepared
• - Maintain samples and design materials
• - Follow assigned tasks through to completion
• - Assist other team members when needed

What We're Looking For

Attention to detail is HUGE in this position.

Our projects involve measurements, selections, model numbers, client requests, and many moving pieces.

Communication Is Important

Our projects move quickly, so you must be good about checking and responding to calls, messages, and emails in a timely manner during working hours.

We need someone who communicates when tasks are completed, asks questions when something is unclear, and keeps the team informed of important updates.

Transportation & Travel: Reliable transportation is required.

This is not a stay-at-a-desk position. You will regularly attend appointments, visit client homes and job sites, and travel to showrooms and vendors with or on behalf of the design team.

Our office is relocating to Murfreesboro in November, so applicants must be comfortable with the Murfreesboro location and regular local travel.

Experience & Growth

Interior design experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in administration, design, construction, home improvement, customer service, or another detail-oriented environment is helpful.

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
