ð Maintain administrative requirements and keep projects organized

ð Multi-task several projects at once staying productive and efficient

ð Communicate scheduling conflicts to your direct manager and provide solutions that enable you to complete your responsibilities

ð Produce and/or oversee the selection and design of all FF&E, finishes and general design concept beginning with conceptual design taken through the phases of design development, construction documents, construction administration and installation

ð Provide design solutions to guide fabrication consultants (custom furniture, soft goods, custom lighting, etc.). Review their shop drawings to ensure design intent is followed through

ð Accommodate deadline expectations agreed to by both client and design team

ð Coordinate with all or some of the following: private client, builder/GC, developer, and architect

ð Occasionally present design ideas and details with confidence

ð Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

ð 1-2 years’ experience preferred
