Description:

The Design & Branding Coordinator is the guardian and visionary of the HORSCH brand across North America. This role is responsible for managing, evolving, and protecting HORSCH’s brand image through consistent, high-quality design and messaging across all touchpoints, from digital platforms and print collateral to events and product packaging. They lead the development of creative assets, enforce brand standards, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure HORSCH’s brand identity resonates strongly with customers and stakeholders. This is a key position for someone with a strategic eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visual communication, and a commitment to delivering a unified, impactful brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and manage the HORSCH brand identity across all North American marketing materials, digital content, product packaging, trade shows, and communications.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal teams and external partners.

· Design and produce creative assets — including print collateral, brochures, presentations, advertising, social media visuals, and event materials — that align with brand standards and business objectives.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, compelling visual storytelling.

· Manage relationships with external design agencies, printers, photographers, and other vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of brand assets.

· Lead or contribute to creative campaigns and special projects, ensuring brand alignment and innovation.

· Monitor market trends and competitor branding to identify opportunities for HORSCH to differentiate and strengthen its presence.

· Oversee digital brand presence including website visuals, social media graphics, and online advertising assets.

· Provide training and support to internal teams on brand standards and best practices.

· Manage brand asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and version control.

· Track and report on branding project progress, timelines, and budgets.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in brand management, graphic design, or marketing communications, preferably with a focus on agriculture or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience managing brand consistency across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is required.
  • Experience with web design principles and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and a strategic approach to branding and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and brand integrity.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, or vendor meetings.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

· Individuals may need to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.

· The position may require reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting up to 50 pounds. Proper lifting techniques are required.

· The performance of this position will require exposure to manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses with side shields, is required.
