Description:
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Design-Build Crew Member to join our team. This position focuses on installing high-quality landscape projects including patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and outdoor living spaces.

If you like working outdoors, building cool hardscapes, and seeing a project come to life—this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of hardscape and landscape projects
• Operate tools and small equipment safely
• Follow project plans and directions from Crew Lead
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Landscaping or construction experience preferred (but we can train the right person)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
