Your enthusiasm for high-end sales and inside/outside sales strategies will help transform spaces and create lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a newly remodeled and stylized K&B Showroom with working displays and samples on-hand for client meetings. Showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment while helping customers to create, modify and refine specifications on their dream cabinetry designs, from concepts to purchase. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both in-store and through outside sales efforts to understand their cabinetry and renovation needs
• Provide comprehensive design consultations using tools like 2020 and CAD to develop customized layout plans and lighting designs
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, emphasizing benefits and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
• Manage account relationships by offering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting clients throughout their remodeling projects
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, and POS transactions to ensure a well-organized retail environment
• Collaborate with clients on interior design ideas, and remodeling options to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote high-end cabinetry products and services

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of kitchen and bath cabinetry design.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product demonstrations within the cabinetry or interior design industry
• Proficiency in 2020 and CAD software, to create detailed layout plans and visual presentations
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and maintenance practices related to interior spaces
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases effectively
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining accurate records of sales and client interactions
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
