Requirements:
- A passion for helping the customer
- Previous sales experience
- Previous interior design experience
Job Duties:
- Be the primary driver of the customer experience during sale
- Maintain assigned accounts and update related customer support files
- Call customers on regular basis staying informed on potential business
- Sell products to customer, process returns and credits
- Answer customer questions and manage orders with vendor
- Assists customers make correct selections in style and design
- Promote and explain special promotions, Spiffs or programs
- Communicates plan and order details with customer as well as operations team
- Ability to assist with customer ideas and design
- Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps, consulting catalogs, and other product literature
