Lulu and Georgia is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Design Concierge to convert high-intent inbound leads into qualified, booked design consultations and product-driven transactions. This is a quota-carrying, sales-first role responsible for driving measurable funnel outcomes—speed-to-lead, consult bookings, conversion, and exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate is a consultative closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with polish and confidence, and can speak credibly about high-ticket home products and design decisions with style and authority. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients exploring design support, setting the tone for a premium experience and building momentum toward purchase.
Responsibilities:
Convert High-Intent Leads into Qualified Consult Bookings
Qualify prospects thoroughly (budget, timeline, scope, readiness) and guide them into the right design service
Convert interest into booked design consultations through confident selling and strong follow-up cadence
Prepare clients for successful consultations by setting expectations and gathering key information upfront
Drive Revenue Through Consultative Selling
Recommend tailored products and solutions aligned to client needs and Lulu and Georgia priorities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using shopper history and internal tools
Keep momentum strong by proactively following up with warm leads and reactivating stalled opportunities
Stay current on product launches, promotions, and seasonal assortment shifts to sell with precision
Operate with Strong Pipeline Discipline & Accountability
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and follow documented lead follow-up cadences
Use performance dashboards and team benchmarks to pace toward quota and improve results
Partner closely with Design Leads to support consult readiness and drive conversion
Deliver a Premium, Brand-Forward Client Experience
Represent the Lulu and Georgia voice in every client interaction—elevated, warm, and design-savvy
Balance urgency with empathy to ensure clients feel guided, not pressured
Create visually compelling assets (Spoak, Canva, GSuite) that inspire confidence and support conversion
Requirements:
2–4 years of quota-carrying sales experience (e-commerce, design services, or home furnishings preferred)
Proven success consistently meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong consultative selling skills: qualification, objection handling, urgency, and close
Design fluency and confidence selling within Lulu and Georgia’s aesthetic and POV
Proficiency in HubSpot, Zendesk, and visual tools like Spoak and/or Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, persuasive, client-first tone
Experience selling luxury or high ticket products virtually, with the ability to build trust and drive conversion remotely
Comfort working in a performance-based environment with clear metrics and coaching
Bonus: Background in design-related sales such as home improvement services, custom retail (kitchens/closets/cabinetry), or interior design support roles
