Design Consultant – Flooring & Shower Remodels (Commission + Base Pay)
Are you friendly, upbeat, and love helping people create beautiful spaces?
We’re looking for a Design Consultant to join our family-owned flooring and bathroom remodel company — someone who enjoys connecting with customers, designing spaces, and making a positive impact on every project.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the design process — from concept to completion
Schedule and attend appointments both in-home and in-store
Create quotes and design plans using our products and samples
Confidently make product recommendations based on customer needs and style preferences
Develop and nurture your own leads while working with some company-generated leads
Close sales, collect payments, and manage projects with integrity and attention to detail
Collaborate with our team to ensure every customer has a 5-star experience
Who You Are
- Positive, bubbly, and personable — you make customers feel comfortable and excited to work with you
A great communicator who builds rapport easily
Self-motivated and dependable with reliable transportation
A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure (base salary + commission)
Available to work 2 Saturdays per month
Experience in flooring or remodel design is not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
