Key responsibilities:

Standalone Creatives- Produce high-impact creatives (e.g., social media ads, banners, email graphics, infographics) including all necessary adapts and format variations.

Lead the design of complex interface (e.g., new application features, high-fidelity prototypes, or detailed dashboard UI/UX flows).

Create engaging carousels for platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram, with a focus on storytelling or data visualization.

Develop professional videos (30–90 seconds) incorporating sophisticated motion graphics for explainer content.

Strategic Input: Develop and present 1–2 strategic design concepts or frameworks monthly.

Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform brand strategy.

Mentor junior designers and elevate the team's overall design standards.

Document best practices and maintain design system
Technical Proficiency
• Adobe Creative Suite: Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• UI/UX Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Fundamentals: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and responsive design.
