Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert advice on interior design, lighting, and layout options
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase design solutions to help clients envision their space
• Assist clients in selecting materials that align with their style emphasizing high-end sales and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors during renovation and remodeling projects to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
• Prepare detailed layout designs and proposals that meet client specifications
• Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, negotiation, and organization to foster repeat business and referrals
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project details, and sales transactions using CRM.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or custom solutions
• Strong negotiation skills to upsell products and secure favorable terms for clients
• Knowledge of renovation processes, remodeling techniques, construction standards, and maintenance practices
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and foster positive client relationships
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $49,104.09 - $59,136.11 per year
