Job Description:

TMG Venture is an equal employment opportunity organization seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Design Consultant & Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in interior design along with exceptional skills in business development and client relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing high-quality design solutions, visiting project sites, and ensuring smooth coordination from concept to execution. Alongside design responsibilities, the candidate will also work on building long-term client relationships, generating business leads, and maintaining excellent communication at all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts as per client requirements.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and layout suggestions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution of design plans.
• Manage client meetings, understand needs, and provide expert recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Generate business development leads and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely project completion.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing projects and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior design (residential or commercial).
• Strong client-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create design concepts and interpret client vision accurately.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture, space planning, and design trends.
• Confident personality with business development aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Education in Interior Design or a related field preferred.
