What You’ll Do
- Guide Customers Through Every Step: Develop and nurture leads from all sources—website, phone, referrals, and in-store traffic. Support customers from their first inquiry through design, quoting, follow-up, closing, and post-sale care.
- Deliver a Warm, Personalized Experience: Welcome every guest with enthusiasm, listen closely to their needs, and help them discover furniture that fits their style, space, and life.
- Become a Product Expert: Dedicate yourself to learning our product lines and custom options, so you can confidently guide customers through choices in wood, finishes, fabrics, and layouts.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Provide follow-up support, become a trusted resource, and help customers invest in furniture that will be cherished for generations.
- Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with our team to maintain a beautiful showroom, uphold our high standards, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range:
Our sales consultants typically earn between $90,000 and $105,000+ per year when meeting sales goals, with higher earning potential for top performers. This includes a base salary, commission, monthly and annual bonuses, and benefits.

Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, 5-day work week (Monday–Saturday, 10AM–6PM)
- Saturdays and select holidays required
- Located in Houston, Texas
There is a 90-day probation period for all new hires.
