Design Consultant / Showroom Manager (Kitchen & Bath)

We are an established and growing company expanding into a new showroom location and are seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant/Showroom Manager to join our team. With a strong existing client base of builders and trade professionals, this role will play a key part in both supporting our current relationships and expanding our presence in the retail and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients (builders and retail) to understand project goals, style, and budget
• Design kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design (or similar software)
• Prepare accurate pricing, proposals, and client presentations
• Guide clients through product selections and design decisions
• Travel to sites/homes to measure and do consultations
• Help establish and manage the showroom at our new location
• Work independently while delivering a high level of service and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Experience in kitchen & bath cabinetry design (required)
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or similar design software
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
