Roles and Responsibilities:
- Site Assessment & Overall Project Coordination for related tasks.
- Perform project planning and tracking, monitoring progress, reporting, quantity survey and estimation, and bill preparation, review, and recommendation.
- Perform Design Coordination based on requirements like the Design Development Works Inception Report.
- Prepare documents such as Project Reports, Necessary Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings, and Presentations.
- Liaison with Project consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to schedule meetings, appointments, and other tasks.
- Maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Perform procurement management, contract drafting and evaluation of bid documents, related coordination.
- Exhibit Design, Curation and Gallery design works with related Cost Estimation
- Release of drawings during construction
- Execution and implementation of work
- Quality Control
- Post Construction Services (Testing, Commissioning & Handover)
Attributes:
- Undergraduate Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design or Postgraduate in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Team-oriented attitude, Excellent people & communications skills, and possess problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse group of artists and professionals. Adobe Suite knowledge with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- AutoCAD & Revit, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiarity with creative software required.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and rendering software – Enscape / Lumion, MS Office.
