Nordikae Studio LLC is seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Design Coordinator to support and streamline our design operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between design teams, project managers, and clients, ensuring that all creative deliverables are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with the studio’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day design activities across multiple projects
• Support designers in managing workflows, schedules, and deliverable timelines
• Act as a liaison between design, production, and project management teams
• Review design files for consistency, quality, and brand compliance before submission
• Organize and maintain project documentation, drawings, and asset libraries
• Track project progress and prepare status updates for internal and client meetings
• Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design proposals
• Ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently
• Communicate effectively with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a design coordination or similar role
• Strong understanding of design workflows (architecture, interiors, or creative studio environment preferred)
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary design studio
• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
• Familiarity with GCC market standards and project environments

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
