Design Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to manage design projects, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth collaboration between creative teams, clients, and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, design knowledge, and the ability to balance creativity with operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with designers, clients, and vendors to facilitate communication and project updates.
• Prepare design briefs, proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records of deliverables.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives with design input.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industry standards and company policies.
• Assist in organizing design-related events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, project management, or studio operations.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, creative workflows, and project reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
