Role Overview

Delta Galil is seeking a Design & Creative Talent Partner to drive recruitment across our Design organization. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top creative talent across a broad range of design disciplines. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities, a strong network within the apparel and retail design community, and a proven track record of building robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill creative roles.

This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring someone who thrives on finding talent, building relationships, and generating candidate flow. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality talent, develop deep candidate networks, and create strong pipelines across all levels of Design.


Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for all Design and Creative positions, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top design talent across apparel, intimates, sleepwear, activewear, and related categories
  • Build and maintain deep, active talent pipelines across Fashion Design, Technical Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, Print & Color, CAD Design, Creative Services, and Design Leadership functions
  • Conduct extensive direct sourcing, networking, market mapping, and competitive talent research to uncover passive candidates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-potential creative professionals to create a continuous pipeline of future talent
  • Generate candidate flow through proactive outreach, referrals, industry networking, social recruiting, and talent community engagement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and quickly deliver qualified candidate slates
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates with a focus on both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics within the ATS
  • Stay current on industry trends, key competitors, talent movement, and emerging design talent within the market
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on Design and Creative talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting high-performing design talent within apparel, fashion, or retail organizations
  • Strong network within the design community and proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Expertise in sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping methodologies
  • Track record of building and maintaining talent pipelines that support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong candidate assessment, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent identification and recruitment execution
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

They are highly resourceful, persistent, and relationship-driven, with a proven ability to build strong design talent pipelines and consistently deliver top creative talent to the business.


This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office


PAY RATE: $125,000/yr-$145,000/yr
