Design & Development Head (plastic injection moulding)

Industry: Automotive Tier 1/2 Manufacturing

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years

Specialization: Plastic Injection Moulding and Electroplating on Plastics

. Core Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in product design, process development, and manufacturing within the Automotive supply industry.
• Specialized Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise (minimum 10 years) in both Plastic Injection Moulding and Electroplating on Plastics (e.g., ABS, PC/ABS substrates).
• Leadership: Minimum 5 years in a management or senior leadership role, leading design, tooling, or process engineering teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
