Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Brunswick, NJ. The Product Development Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from initial concept to market launch. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify customer needs, managing product portfolios, coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production, and supporting sales teams with necessary product insights. The role may also involve staying up-to-date on industry trends and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Research and Research and Development (R&D)
• Proficiency in Product Management and developing product lifecycle strategies
• Analytical Skills for data-driven insights and decision-making
• Experience supporting or collaborating with Sales teams
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the textile or home goods industry is preferred but not required
