Position: AutoCAD Draftsman

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Revise and update drawings based on project changes and client feedback.

Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations.

Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.

Coordinate with project teams to deliver drawings within deadlines.

Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D; 3D knowledge is an advantage).

Good understanding of construction and engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software is a plus.

Knowledge of local building codes and drafting standards.

Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP drafting is preferred.
