Design Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in the oil & gas industry, specializing in the design of frac tanks, batch mixers, bulkers, and oilfield equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D design drawings for frac tanks, batch mixers, bulkers, and other oilfield equipment.
• Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and manufacturable.
• Perform design calculations, stress analysis, and material selection as required.
• Revise and improve existing designs based on project needs and client feedback.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, quality norms, and safety regulations.
• Maintain design documentation, drawings, and revisions in line with company procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams in project execution and provide technical input during reviews.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Prepare technical specifications for oil & gas products.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Design Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing production equipment, frac tanks, batch mixers, bulkers, and oilfield equipment.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and standards.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
• Strong understanding of oil & gas product applications and specifications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in designing frac tanks, mud tanks, mud gas separators, oil & gas separators, oilfield trailers, silos, tripod bulkers, batch mixers, acid tankers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
