Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and project management. This role involves leading design and development initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving innovation in product development to meet technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

Designing of products using CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD) and drafting, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.

Record and evaluate data, altering designs as necessary to make feasible for manufacturing.

BOM and Technical Documents (Control Plan , Process Sheet, OPL) preparation.

Perform various design calculation by applying basic engineering concept.

Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required.

Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to his reporting manager, incorporating costs of material, delivery and overhead.

Attend weekly team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain updates on colleagues’ progress, strategize on steps for following week and acquire information about projected emerging product lines.

Reverse Engineering.

Knowledge of GD&T.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in machine /product design.

Software : Solid works and Basic AutoCAD

Software experience : 2 Years
