Design Engineer

1. RFQ and NPD-

Forging and machining weight calculations via 3D & 2D drawings for Quotation

2. 3D die designs of hammer parts

3D drawing Checking Preform & Tolerances Die design ( parting line, gutter, Key, Trimming Die) CAM Programming.

4. Process Control Sheet of Machineshop part.

5. Visual Aids- Work Instructions, Display boards

6. Kaizen, KANBAN, 5S initiatives.

7. QMS- Customer Audit preparation, records, System and data.

Excellent experience in AutoCAD and Soliworks.

Should have experience in Auto components of atleast 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,087.31 per month

Work Location: In person
