Design Engineer (Civil & Structural)

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and 2 to 3 years of experience in structural design, particularly in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard software and capable of designing, rendering, and detailing civil and structural elements, including rolling shutters, steel structures, and complete building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis:
• Design and analyze Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and other structural elements.
• Perform load calculations and stability analysis for steel and concrete structures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Software Expertise & Modeling:
• Develop structural models and perform analysis using STAAD Pro.
• Design and detail steel structures using ProSteel.
• Work with MicroStation and AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings and detailing.
• Render and visualize complete building structures, including civil, structural, and mechanical elements.
• Drafting & Documentation:
• Create detailed fabrication and erection drawings for PEB structures.
• Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, and connection details.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy in design and detailing.
• Coordination & Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and site engineers.
• Assist in BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and cost estimation.
• Provide technical support during the execution phase.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in structural and PEB design.
• Software Proficiency:
• STAAD Pro (Structural Analysis)
• ProSteel (Steel Detailing)
• MicroStation (3D Modeling)
• AutoCAD (Drafting & Designing)
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of steel structures, PEB design, and rolling shutters.
• Familiarity with IS codes, AISC, and other structural design standards.
• Experience in rendering complete building designs.
