Abount the Job:

We are looking for Design Engineer (Electrical) to join our team for an EPC substation projects.

Job Profile: Engineering – EPC Projects (EHV GIS/AIS Substation)

Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer

Department: Engineering & Construction

Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed engineering of EHV GIS/AIS Substations, Equipment layout preparations, earthing system design, DSLP system design, lighting system design, Battery Design, LT distribution system for substations etc.
• Preparation of BOQ for procurement of materials.
• Understanding the requirements of firefighting & fire alarm systems of the substations, reviewing and finalization of technical documents of the system.
• Preparation power and control cable schedule.
• Technical evaluation of all the substation equipment and coordination with procurement team for placement of Purchase orders.
• Coordination with vendors for vendor drawing submission and review of vendor drawings
• Coordination with clients for drawing approvals.
• Coordinating the material inspections with clients and vendors.
• Coordination with execution team at project site for the engineering clarifications and filed changes.
• Technical support to tendering team, preparation of overall equipment layouts, Lot item BOQ and evaluation of tender stage offers.
• Studying and understanding of technical specifications and scope of the projects and raising the technical clarifications.
• Clear Understanding of Indian and international standards.

Autocad

Lighting Software - Dialux

MS Office

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

3 - 10 years of experience in EHV/ HV Substations
