Design Engineer (Fenestration Industry)

We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in aluminium window and façade systems to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical submittals. The candidate will coordinate with architects, consultants, and the execution team to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings & GA drawings
• Develop system details for sliding, casement, glazing & skylight systems
• Prepare BOQ and material take-offs
• Coordinate with architects, consultants & project team
• Support site team with technical clarifications
• Ensure revision control and drawing accuracy

Requirements

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
• 2–7 years experience in aluminium window / façade design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass & hardware systems
• Basic understanding of wind load & structural principles

Preferred

• Experience in windows / structural glazing / skylight systems
• Exposure to execution and fabrication processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
