🔯 *Experience*:-*BE 3-4 yrs, Diploma 6-7 yrs*

🔯 *Qualification*:-*BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical*

Required

🔆 Proficiency in CAD softwares - Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD,

🔆 Knowledge of mechanical design & manufacturing processes

🔆 Knowledge on Material standards, pipes & fittings standards, flange standards.

🔆 Familiarity with fabrication processes

🔆 Problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.

🔆 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.

🔆 Knowledge of fluid dynamics and spray technology is an advantage.

🔆 Knowledge on Autodesk Vault, ISO documentation & FEA is an advantage

Brief Job Description

🔆Understanding customer drawings and preparation of 2D & 3D drawings , Bill of Material

🔆New product development, Re-engineering, product improvement projects for spray nozzles, headers and allied accessories.

🔆Prepare 2D/3D models and detailed drawings using AutoDesk Inventor/ AutoCAD

🔆Develop engineering / Mfg. drawings and specifications for spray headers, including component sizing, material selection, dimensional accuracy, and design optimization

🔆Project co-ordination & documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

🔆Visiting customer site for technical support & Re-engineering of spray headers whenever required.

🔆Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.

🔆Willingness to travel and work at various customer locations.
