Position: Design Engineer – Cleanrooms (Pharma / Semiconductor)
Location: Hyderabad (Base) | On-demand site visits across India
Job Type: Permanent | Vacancy: 1 Position

Our Consulting Charges: ₹12,000 (One-time, applicable upon successful offer letter)

Experience & Qualifications

✔ Experience: 8+ years (independent role) in cleanroom design
✔ Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
✔ Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English (Fluent)
✔ Standards Knowledge: cGMP, IS 14644, ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NBC

Key Skills & Scope of Work

• Independent design engineering for pharma & semiconductor cleanroom projects
• Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, including:
• AHU & ventilation system drawings
• Exhaust, fresh air & process fan layouts
• Cleanroom wall panel & ceiling panel drawings
• HVAC ducting layouts, sections & detailing
• Cleanroom & HVAC zoning drawings
• Airflow schematics & pressure cascade diagrams
• HVAC & cleanroom engineering deliverables:
• Central air-conditioning system layouts & schematics
• Heat load calculations & equipment selection
• Material BOQ preparation
• Sales estimation & techno-commercial support
• Room book preparation
• Documentation & compliance:
• Preparation of DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ documents
• Support for cleanroom validation & regulatory audits
• Coordination & support activities:
• Client meetings & technical discussions
• Vendor coordination & drawing approvals
• On-demand site visits across India during execution & commissioning stages

Additional Expectations

• Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards & HVAC best practices
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution support
