Your main responsibilities

Main Tasks

The Job holder is responsible to provide Field issue support, close interaction with Testing, Quality & Reliability Team on issues related to Electronics & Electrical design. S/he is also responsible to conduct root cause analysis based on field data and analysis of design weakness and provide support to Lead office in defining, developing & maintaing solutions. He is responsible to inform himself about all legal requirements such as industry-specific regulations, internal regulations, national, Indian and other technical standards and to follow them without exception in his area of responsibility. In safety aspects there is no exception to the only principle: "when in doubt, safety prevails". In addition, civil and criminal laws set standards that have to be complied with.

  • Train CFT engineers, consults others and provides solutions for Electronics & Electrical applications
  • Networks and communicates with all stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Analyse Power train field issues (FRBs, PROCITS), provide prompt solution. Get alignment from CFT for the solution and horizontal deployement of solution.
  • Actively collect feedback on the developed work products throughout the prototype, pre-series and other early installations
  • Create a collaborative environment to work with peers for other components, (sub-) systems and functions within the company
  • Create and maintain key documents - component design specification, validation and verification reports, integrate feedback from CFT in reports and sign-off
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Involve subsequent customers / consumers of the Powertrain products (production, service, documentation, business) early in the development activities to ensure smooth flow of information and consideration of holistic review results
  • Documentation & KA release

What you bring

Role Requirements:

Experience in multi-site / multi-national project management

Good technical understanding of power electronic and drives (elctrical and mechanical)

Understanding of Motor control , Power inverters

Experience in certification processes

Good analytical and problem solving skills


Educational Qualification - Degree in Electronics engineering with 4 - 6 years of expereince
