Design Executive

Designation: Design Executive on payroll of CIEL-HR

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2-4 years

Preference: Female

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Design Executive to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare area tables, presentations, and support design documentation.

· Coordinate with vendors and consultants in the absence of the Senior Design Coordinator.

· Check and review drawings for accuracy before further coordination.

· Conduct site visits to Baroda or other project locations as required to support design implementations.

· Draft in-house design changes and assist in design brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in design, preferably in real estate.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and design presentation tools.

· Strong attention to detail with good analytical and visualization skills.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.

· Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
