Design Executive

Civil Draughtsman with Autocad experience / Diploma in Architectural Design with Autocad experience

Experienced candidates preferably worked in Architectural firms.

Meeting clients and taking note of client requirements

Execution of work as per client/project requirements

Preparation of estimation based on client confirmation and coordination for finalisation of estimation

Coordination with workers and contractors for execution of work Site visits for supervision of work and ensuring rectifications, if any

Preparation of weekly bills Coordination with estimation team for quotations Coordination, verification and finalisation of drawings

Design and layout scrutiny as per Building Rules and other related guidelines Verification of sanction plan and submission of sanction plan to corporation and providing clarifications, if required

Responsible for coordination and procuring designs and layouts to consultants for obtaining various statutory permits, licenses and NOCs

Preparation of area statement keeping in mind RERA and building roles

Coordination with Architect for procuring working drawing and vetting of the same Statutory verification of structural drawings and changes

Verification of setback of the project Responsible for providing allotment plan, site plan, apartment layout, car parking slot to the sales department for agreement purpose

Coordination regarding submission of drawings for procuring completion certificate of the building

Coordination for drawing clarification for Site related license and permit issues, clarification from corporation and other government agencies

Coordinate with architects for finalisation of drawings, revisions required and clarifications received from the site regarding drawings

Responsible for finalising and freezing site and apartment plans
