Design Gallery Receptionist

*Part-Time Position: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 am-5:00 pm

*Must be professional in both appearance and approach

*Prompt & On-Time to open and close showroom

*Answer Phone Calls

*Meet & Greet customers. Qualify their visit – show products and have general product knowledge (training will be provided)

 *Keep showroom tidy, kitchenette beverages stocked, literature/books stocked

 *Perform occasional light personal assistant duties to support leadership, as needed  

Compensation : Hourly rate (based on experience)

Job Duties/Expectations:

* Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance appropriate for a customer-facing environment  

* Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, qualifying potential customers, and organizing and scheduling sales appointments.

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support coworkers

* Opportunities to assist with administrative tasks such as entering invoices/bills, typing work orders

* Strong punctuality and reliability required

* Opportunity to assist with additional hours by covering for team members when needed

*Provide light personal assistance to leadership, demonstrating initiative, anticipation of needs, and a willingness to step in and support wherever needed.

* Ability to stay productive during slower periods by taking initiative and finding ways to contribute
