Design Head

Job Description:

 Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client

needs. (RETAIL INDUSTRY)

 Have experience in Furniture Designing

 Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

 Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.

 Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board)

 Technical design (Material knowledge, BOM, Execution and Drawing

Preparation)

 Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module

planning)

 Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)

 Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with

internal & external agencies.

 Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch,

Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.

 Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics,

Crisp & meaningful communication.

 Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among

independent team members

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline

 10+ years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have

wide design and detail knowledge.

 Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred

with portfolio

 Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic.

 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

 In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar

design software.

 Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning

 Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sultanpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
