Design Head-Associate Director (15 yr)

Ambience Interiors is a tier 1 general contracting plus Design & Build firm with offices in Bangalore & Gurugram. With over 25 years in the industry, the company has built an impeccable reputation for delivering projects which consistently delight clients and drive long term repeat business.

We are looking for an accomplished design professional to lead our Bangalore studio with a focus on Design & Build projects – designed by SWBI and built by Ambience. This senior leadership role carries end-to-end ownership, including studio revenue & cost oversight, business development, client engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with strategic and commercial acumen to drive both creative excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Full P&L ownership & studio performance.

· Drive business profitability through new client acquisition, RFPs, and design pitches.

· Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

· Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design output.

· Hire, mentor, and lead teams.

· Work closely with Ambience Interiors.

· Collaborate closely with cross functional teams at Gurgaon office.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed Institute.

· 15–18 years of experience in Corporate Interior design with proven studio leadership.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.

· Business-oriented mind set with experience managing budgets and revenue targets.
