About Us

PR Design Build is a residential design and remodeling company focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes throughout West Michigan. We work closely with homeowners to bring their vision to life through a collaborative design process that balances creativity, functionality, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a motivated Design Intern to support our team with design development, selections, drafting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential design and remodeling projects
• Create and revise floor plans, elevations, and design drawings
• Support material and finish selections
• Organize project information and design documentation
• Assist with client presentations and design boards
• Conduct product and material research
• Attend project meetings and occasional site visits as the schedule allows
• Help maintain design libraries and project files

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with Chief Architect
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
• Familiarity with design software and presentation tools
