• Shadow professional designers and creative directors, attending internal project meetings and creative reviews
• Assist in developing visual concepts for brands, websites, and marketing materials
• Create draft designs and mockups for various client deliverables under guidance
• Collaborate with other interns and team members across departments
• Participate in internal creative projects and agency initiatives

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a design, graphic arts, or related program
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive constructive feedback
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Access to appropriate computer hardware/software (may be provided if needed)
