We are looking for a
Design Lead
who is equally passionate about
visual design
and
content creation,
This role is for someone who not only has exceptional design skills but also understands marketing objectives, campaign relevance, and channel specific formats. You will be designing emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp messaging creatives, ad banners, videos, reels, standees, and printables while delivering them on time with minimal revision cycles.
You are expected to think strategically, understand campaign goals, and translate them into compelling visuals that drive results, ensuring every asset we release is not only visually stunning but also delivers the
right message
for each channel.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver digital creatives for emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, banner ads, and paid media (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape
campaign narratives
and ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.

Create offline marketing assets including standees, banners, flyers, and event printables

Collaborate with the growth & marketing team to translate campaign briefs into high-performing creatives with minimal feedback loops

Ensure platform-specific optimization for all creatives to maximize engagement and performance

Apply strong creative strategy to align visuals with brand tone, campaign objectives, and marketing KPIs
-
Use AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) to accelerate concept development and design execution

Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality

Maintain and share a portfolio of past work for review
Requirements
Technical Skills

Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for high-quality static creatives

Proficient in After Effects & Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro X for videos and motion graphics

Experience with Figma for UI/UX layouts and campaign prototypes

Familiarity with AI creative tools for design innovation and workflow efficiency

Excellent
short-form writing
skills (headlines, captions, ad copy).

Understanding of
platform-specific content formats
and best practices.

Strong grasp of colour theory, typography, and layout design
